Sebastian Hammer
Founder and Principal at Index Data
Sebastian Hammer is founder and principal of Index Data and has worked in library technology for more than 35 years. A longtime leader in open source library infrastructure, he is known internationally for his work on interoperability, open standards, and collaborative platforms including FOLIO and ReShare, and for his advocacy of library systems that preserve openness, flexibility, and institutional control.

Roxanne Missingham OAM
Director of Collections and Chief Librarian at State Library Victoria
Roxanne is Director of Collections and Chief Librarian at State Library Victoria. Previously Chief, Scholarly Information Services, Commonwealth Parliamentary Librarian and Assistant Director General, Resource Sharing, National Library of Australia, she is passionate about the value of libraries. Roxanne has worked to assist in developing library education in Myanmar and had the privilege of being chair of the CSU Industry Advisory Committee in recent years for LIS. Roxanne has been President of ALIA, chaired the International Association of Research Universities Librarians Group and was a member of the Ministerial Roundtable on Copyright. A serial innovator in digital library initiatives, she received an Order of Australian medal for services to libraries in 2022.
